Costa Rica boasts eight coffee growing regions, the most famous of which is Tarrazu. Known worldwide for its fine quality beans and breathtaking views. El Indio is the classic Tarrazu coffee, with a balanced cup, a heavy body and high, slightly winey acidity.

The flavors found in El Indio are complex and range from tropical nuts and chocolate to citrus fruit.
