Paramount X is a partially hydrogenated palm oil designed for use in baker’s and confectioner’s coatings, vegetable dairy systems, peanut butter, spreads, and cosmetic/pharmaceutical applications. The Paramount series varies in melting points to meet a wide range of climactic and seasonal conditions.

Ingredient: Fully Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (palm kernel, soybean) with Soya Lecithin. Kosher.
